Tuset.lv is created as a get-to-know and entertainment portal for people of any age. The idea of the website is to make people's everyday lives more pleasant by providing information about places of entertainment. • images, video and audio materials and texts that are in conflict with ethical norms, State of Latvia's normative acts or international conventions, as well as pictures taken by other people without coordinating it with them;
• information that is vulgar, unethical or offending in any other way;
• information that offends person's dignity and respect;
• information that calls to violence, racial hatred or committing any other unlawful action;
• information containing junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other intrusive material, with the exception of those areas (for example, the Market) which are planned for these purposes;
• information containing computer viruses or information that is created to harm the operation (security) of computer or electronic communications software;
• Creating false profiles.

Portal's administration reserves the right to- without any previous warnings and explanations- delete any photo or any user's profile, to change the rules according to their own judgement without previous warnings. If you have logged on to Tuset.lv, you automatically agree to all our terms, accepting the portal as it is and pledge to never and under no circumstances institute action against tuset.lv administration. If you wish to use any of the portal's paid services, you can purchase virtual money (T-money). The description how to do it is placed with the section to increase credit.

Tuset.lv is by no means responsible for any kind of losses that have occurred to tuset.lv users in connection with using the portal tuset.lv and its paid services. If- by violating these terms- portal's tuset.lv user has been denied access to the portal or the access has been limited, or the user's profile has been deleted from the portal, then no payments, in connection with the portal's paid services, are paid back.
