Why can't I log in?

There are 2 possibilities why your login doesn't work:

1)You haven`t confirmed your registration. If you have registered recently and you haven't yet received or confirmed the link which was sent to your email you cannot login. To verify if your registration is confirmed, click the link "forgot your password?" and enter your email address. If a notice appears that this email address already exists in the system then you have to sent to info@tuset.lv that you want delete your e-mail address. Please note that sometimes the confirmation link is regarded as spam by a few free email providers. It's recommended to check your spam folder if you haven't received any confirmation mail from us.

2)You are typing the wrong email address or password. Remember that all letters in your email and password should be the same as how you typed them in your registration form. In case you forgot how you typed your data click the link "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. After entering the email, the system will automatically send you a new password. After you receive the mail, copy your new password and your email address to the front page and log in. If you want to change your password later, click on "my profile" in the upper right corner and change it.

Who is online?

 You can see if your friends are logged in at the moment or not. User with orange stra is online but without orange star is offline.  This way you can be sure whether to expect a fast response to your mail or not.
